“We are purchasing a property to be our new home. We contacted Carpenters to carry out a survey for us. We had not purchased a property for many years and felt daunted. The website is very helpful. It was easy to engage Carpenters and they arranged the appointment through the Sellers Agent to carry out the survey. The report came through quickly and was thorough. We were also able to easily arrange a follow up call with the surveyor as we had a couple of queries. I found all contacts to be friendly and efficient. I would happily recommend them.”
