Gregg Cave becomes a fully qualified surveyor

Carpenter Surveyors is delighted to share the news that Gregg Cave, who joined the firm as an apprentice, becomes a fully qualified AssocRICS surveyor and RICS registered valuer within the firm which provides RICS regulated professional services across the Midlands.

Gregg will be delivering residential surveying services across Stratford-Upon-Avon and Warwickshire.

Ian Bullock - Managing Director at Carpenter Surveyors said:
“I first met Gregg at the Sava careers fair, and since joining, Gregg settled in extremely well. He’s so personable and a pleasure to work with. I knew he’d fit in perfectly with our highly regarded team. We are all so proud of him, particularly after a challenging 18 months. He’s been able to hit the ground running with his contribution to our firm already.”

Gregg's journey to become a surveyor was not an easy one, as he overcame several challenges. Amidst his studies, Gregg suffered two bereavements, welcomed his daughter into the world, ran two marathons and gave up his job for the last 18 months to focus on becoming a surveyor.

Gregg Cave - Surveyor at Carpenter Surveyors said:

“The Sava careers fair was an excellent opportunity to meet Ian, from Carpenter Surveyors. As I have progressed through my assessment, Ian and the Carpenter team have provided me with mentorship and support. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for all the support I have received.

Carpenter Surveyors is the perfect place to continue my surveying journey and I'm looking forward to growing my career as a surveyor with them!”
