Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic update

Meet Max, Our company mascot. In the words of Max…..”The Human has been working from home the last couple of days, and every so often, he lets me participate in the video calls. All the other Humans smile and cheer when they see me. I am the only thing holding their company together!”

On a serious note though, we would like to reassure all of our clients and customers during this difficult time that we remain still open for business but just in a different way. Our team are working from home as advised by the government and we are still contactable by telephone or email in the usual way.

Our work revolves around inspecting homes. Inevitably, we would normally encounter clients, homeowners, their family and friends and other members of the public on a daily basis. We are mindful of concerns regarding Covid-19 and would like to reassure you that we are committed to the health and safety of everyone we encounter.

Are you still surveying and valuing properties?

Well, dependant upon individual circumstances, we may be able to carry out an urgent property inspection especially if the property is vacant for the surveyor’s inspection. We are assessing each case on its merits and risk assessing every situation so, as to keep everyone as safe as we are able to, and in line with government guidance on social distancing and PPE Equipment.
